Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy applies to mini-habit transformation programmes and related services purchased from Removecrradiant. As our offerings are services rather than physical goods, the terms below address cancellation, refunds, and programme transfers.
Your rights under New Zealand consumer law
Under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA), services must be carried out with reasonable care and skill, be fit for a particular purpose you told us about, and be completed within a reasonable time. Under the Fair Trading Act 1986, we must not mislead you about our services. These statutory rights are in addition to the terms below and cannot be excluded for consumer transactions.

2. Cancellation Before Programme Start
Cancellations received at least 7 calendar days before the scheduled start date receive a full refund of fees paid, minus any non-refundable charges clearly disclosed at enrolment.
3. Cancellation After Programme Start
- Week 1: 75% refund of remaining programme fees
- Week 2: 50% refund of remaining programme fees
- Week 3 onward: no refund for completed or in-progress weeks
Refunds are calculated on the standard four-week cycle fee unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Programme Transfer
You may request one transfer to a future cycle at no charge if made at least 5 calendar days before your current cycle begins. Later transfers are subject to availability and may incur an administrative fee of up to 10% of the programme fee.
5. Our Right to Cancel
We may cancel or reschedule a programme due to insufficient enrolment, facilitator unavailability, or events beyond our control. You will receive a full refund or the option to transfer at no extra cost.
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.
7. Consultation Sessions (NZ$45)
Consultations cancelled with at least 24 hours' notice may be rescheduled at no charge. No-shows without notice are non-refundable.
8. Digital Materials
Digital workbooks and review documents are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded. If you cancel before accessing materials, standard cancellation terms apply.
9. EU/EEA Cooling-Off Period
EU/EEA consumers may cancel within 14 days of purchase without reason, provided the programme has not commenced. If the programme began at your request within the cooling-off period, you may owe a proportionate amount for services already delivered.
10. Complaints & Dispute Resolution

Email reachus@removecrradiant.world with subject line "Cancellation Request" and include your full name, enrolment date, and programme name.
